This Masterclass at the Glynn Vivian, Swansea, offered participants the opportunity to explore creative practice in relation to personal objects and lived experience, through clay and methods of making.

Inviting participants to create their own symbolic container the session drew upon a sensory experience with clay, methods of making and metaphor along with exploring the ebb and flow of sensations and body and mind connection. Participants had the opportunity to explore what contribution our body and hands make in how we relate to objects by sense of touch and how lived experience can be expressed through making.
